The Creighton Model is tailor-made to meet the needs of each woman based on their reproductive category. While the introductory session is the starting point, follow-ups are designed to most effectively teach users the method with individual guidance. Follow-ups are scheduled frequently at the beginning of its use to provide the necessary support each client needs.

The follow-up schedule begins approximately two weeks after charting have been completed and includes a recommended total of 8 follow-ups in the first year of use. Follow-ups are also available any time a client experiences a change in charting or a life change (pregnancy, breastfeeding, change in mucus pattern, etc). Long-term follow-up is essential.

To get started with learning the method, you'll need to choose your preferred enrollment option. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment and a practitioner will be in touch to begin scheduling your first follow up.
