The Creighton Model System (CrMS) is a medically based, standardized method used to assist women and couples in understanding their fertility. It uses a series of techniques to gather and chart biomarkers that are essential to a woman's health and fertility. These biomarkers are indicators to the woman or couple that reflect natural fertility and infertility to either achieve or avoid pregnancy. In addition, it provides the benefit of helping to monitor, evaluate, and treat conditions affecting many women today.
